You were always an icon to me Bez, the times over the years that I worked with you were always quietly patient, encouraging and reassuring. Your musicianship was an inspiration to me. There has to be a special place for you where ever you've gone.

Bez, you were their throughout my life and I will always cherish the kindness and generosity from you and Bell, especially during all my hard times in hospital - you were always there. I'm so blessed that I was able to see you during your final days and your great sense of humour was still present. Your legacy will be your loving family (my family) Caron, Lynn, Susan Pete, and your wonderful wife Bell. You will be missed.

We knew you through extended family and enjoyed your humour, your friendship and your music. You are now with your maker and making music in a different realm along with the angels. I am sure you are teaching them a few musical tricks. Love always.

I am what I am because of you and will miss a lifetime of memories with you, from your strong gentle hands holding mine, showing me my first piano chord, to our last day together where I held those same hands and said goodbye. I will remember and cherish everything in between and will live the rest of my life in awe of you dad. I am so grateful that God chose me to be your son. Love you always Pete

What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. I love you dad - The music will play on forever!!

You mentored me in the ways of the world and I hope that I can live as long as you did to make you proud and live the advice you gave. You will not only be remembered by me but by all the people’s lives you touched. An incredible legacy…

We make a living by what we get. We make a living by what we give. The most important thing a father can do for his children is to lover their mother. This was done with infinite patience.

I'll forever remember you, your gentle loving ways, the funny faces you used to make. You were our big teddy Gramps with a heart of gold... I will always cherish all the good times we spent together. I miss you terribly but will carry all those great memories in my heart forever. You going to be missed but never forgotten.
Lots of love
